The objective of this Standard is to specify the safety requirements for the design, manufacture and information for safe use of palletisers, depalletisers, and stackers/unstackers of empty pallets integrated or not into a (de)palletiser as defined in Clause 3.1.
This Standard was prepared by the Australian members of the Joint Standards Australia/Standards New Zealand Committee SF-041, Safety of Machinery.
This Standard is identical with, and has been reproduced from, EN 415-4:1997, Safety of packaging machines, Part 4: Palletisers and depalletisers.
