TIA ANSI/TIA-942-C

This Standard specifies the minimum requirements for telecommunications infrastructure of data centers and computer rooms, including edge data centers, single tenant enterprise data centers and multi-tenant data centers. The topology specified in this document is intended to be applicable to any size or type of data center including single-building/single floor and single-building/multi-floor data centers. Data centers split between multiple buildings or campuses are multiple data centers from the standpoint of this Standard.
